10,000 Years Institute is assisting the Association for the Protection of Hammersley, Eld and Totten Inlets (APHETI), a citizen group in south Puget Sound, to stay involved in the planning process for a mussel raft expansion proposed for Totten Inlet. We support the participation of this citizen group in the Environmental Assessment for the mussel raft project required under Washington's State Environmental Policy Act.
